I’m pictured here with Timothy Leary in July 1993 at Starwood 13 where he led a workshop on “How to Operate Your Brain”. I took notes, and drew caricatures of this larger-than-life man while he was speaking. His message is as relevant today, as it was then.

How I met Timothy Leary..

In 1993, I was developing science-based learning programs for children that were output to CD-ROM. Timothy Leary was also using this fairly new technology to combine music, and images, to convey his message of enlightenment. I had heard about the Starwood festival through some pagan friends of mine, and that Dr. Leary would be there.
